Extend the new visual system we created for the Head Start program to the Early Head Start and Transitional Kindergarten programs.

Solution: Build on the core Head Start visual system; peek-a-boo circle ‘windows’ and a feature green for Early Head Start, and a smart ‘plus’ graphic and cyan for Transitional Kindergarten.
