Emily’s background combines nearly 15 years creating, implementing and maintaining cohesive visual systems, with over 10 years of experience managing a graphic design studio. As an Art Director/Co-owner of King Design Office, her role was duel-focused on both hands-on design work and project leadership, serving as the primary point of contact between multi-disciplinary teams, vendors and clients. This experience provided her with an incredible vantage point, preparing her for nearly any type of project or team dynamic.
King Design Office was a strategic graphic design firm specializing in brand identity and visual systems for new and existing brands. Outside of King Design Office, Emily is a creative consultant, art director and project lead for in-house communication departments, branding agencies and design studios in Los Angeles.
Most recently, Emily led a team of designers, photographers and copywriters as the art director and project lead for Keith & Co. at the Jet Propulsion Lab. Note: These projects will be available here in September, after they have been released to the public.
